Learn how understanding core emotions in ourselves and in others can help develop new coping strategies for self-regulation, motivation and well-being. Emotional literacy is essential for educational achievement, staying on task, learning how to manage risk, dealing with stress and bouncing back after failure or let-downs (resiliency).
We will spend the day facilitating enjoyable exercises and activities outdoors that will inspire you as a teacher, parent or childminder, in your personal and professional life.
