Tim Orrell (Chair) <\/h2>

Tim has been involved with outdoor learning, interpretation, and nature conservation for nearly four decades! This includes managing residential field centres for Field Studies Council and local authorities, as well as many years delivering activities to all age groups in Pembrokeshire, Sussex, Devon, Swansea and across south-east Wales. He qualified as one of the first cohorts of FS leaders in Wales in 2003. He is passionate about the benefits of outdoor experiences for young people and has delivered many collaborative projects often involving artists, writers and scientists. Outside work his interests include surfing, kayaking, poetry and cake!\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Kathryn Thomas <\/h2>

Kathryn has spent her working life in the countryside working for National Trust, National Botanic Garden of Wales and now the Nature Recovery Team of Swansea Council. She first got involved with Forest Schools as an enthusiastic mum, helping out at her sons' school and doing her Forest School Assistant training. \"My sons now tower over me, but it's great to be involved in FSSNPT again and the important work they do\".\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tracey Hinton<\/h2>

Tracy discovered the benefits of bringing children up in the parks, woods and beaches of Swansea in the 1990's when her children were born. She says \"Having three busy children in four years meant fresh air, exercise and stimulation were essential, for them and for me!\" Tracy now works as an IT customer support manager, and her work is very much indoors so balances this by spending as much time as possible outside. She also works part time for Coeden Fach Community Tree Nursery, where she discovered Forest School (The site hosts sessions and the coordinator is a FS leader). Tracy hopes that she can help in a small way with FSSNPT. She believes \"the work that they do is vital to the health and well-being of the next generation (and their parents)\".\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jenny Richards<\/h2>

Jenny was first involved with FSSNPT when she trained as a forest school leader over 15 years ago. She has spent countless hours involving children in outdoor learning as a teacher and took her daughter to Seedlings where she embraced the mud, the snacks and the fun. She says \u201cI've always valued the holistic values of forest school and the potential it has to enhance the lives of children and young people\u201d. \n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Carys Fitzsimmons<\/h2>

Having spent her career working in environmental marketing and communications, running engagement and outreach events with children, Carys knows just how important access to nature is for wellbeing and learning. She explains \u201cI found Forest School SNPT after becoming a Mam, and attending some sessions with my nature mad 2 year old. I am excited to bring my marketing expertise to Forest School, and to contribute to such an important charity\u201d.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
