Gweinyddwr Darparu Ysgol Goedwig Abertawe a Chastell-nedd Port Talbot (SNPT)<\/p>\nFe wnaeth Sash ddarganfod Ysgol Goedwig Abertawe a Chastell-nedd Port Talbot (SNPT) yn 2007 tra oedd hi'n astudio am radd BSc mewn Astudiaethau Plentyndod Cynnar. Cafodd ei hysbrydoli gan y dull hwn o addysgu plant ac o ganlyniad daeth yn wirfoddolwr wythnosol mewn sesiynau. Arweiniodd hyn at ei hyfforddiant fel Cynorthwyydd yr Ysgol Goedwig ac Arweinydd yr Ysgol Goedwig gyda ni. Cafodd Sasha ei hysgogi gan ethos ac arferion cyfannol (holistic) yr Ysgol Goedwig a pha mor dda y mae'n cefnogi addysg, datblygiad a lles plant, ynghyd \u00e2 pha mor hapus a brwdfrydig oedd y plant eu hunain. Cafodd hefyd ei hysgogi gan effaith therapiwtig yr ysgol a pha mor dda yr ymatebai\u2019r plant, o'i gymharu \u00e2 sut c\u00e2i rhai trafferthion mewn lleoliad dysgu ffurfiol. Fe wnaeth Sasha gynnwys yr Ysgol Goedwig yn ei thraethawd hir ar gyfer ei gradd BSc, ac aeth ymlaen i ddefnyddio\u2019r Ysgol Goedwig fel pwnc ar gyfer ei gradd MA mewn Astudiaethau Plentyndod ac ymchwil mewn Addysg Blynyddoedd Cynnar. Mae Sasha hefyd wedi chwifio baner yr Ysgol Goedwig mewn amrywiol sgyrsiau a chynadleddau yng Nghymru a Lloegr.\n\n\n <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Arweinydd yr Ysgol Goedwig<\/p>Mae Pixie wedi bod yn Arweinydd yr Ysgol Goedwig ers 2002, ac mae hi wedi bod yn rhan o d\u00eem ysbrydoledig a meithringar Ysgol Goedwig Abertawe a Chastell-nedd Port Talbot (SNPT) byth ers hynny. Treuliodd lawer o'i phlentyndod yn chwarae yn yr awyr agored ac yn cael pob math o anturiaethau mewn coedwigoedd a mannau gwyllt. Mae hi'n angerddol am gysylltiad byd natur \u00e2 lles, a rhoi cyfle i blant gael anturiaethau yn yr awyr agored. Mae hi'n Arweinydd yr Ysgol Goedwig cymwys, ac ar hyn o bryd yn gweithio fel cynorthwyydd. Mae ganddi radd BSc (Anrh) mewn Cadwraeth Amgylcheddol a Diploma Graddedig mewn Cadwraeth a Rheolaeth Amgylcheddol. Dechreuodd wirfoddoli i Ysgol Goedwig Abertawe a Chastell-nedd Port Talbot (SNPT) yn 2003, ac mae hi wedi bod yn rhan o'r sefydliad ers hynny.
