Outdoor Food Hygiene

Delivered by Anubis UK Ltd, on behalf of Forest School Swansea Neath Port Talbot The course follows the Level 2 Award in Food Safety syllabus with emphasis on cooking in an outdoors environment and specific requirements of Environmental Health Officers. It covers topics such as types of bacteria, contamination and cross contamination, temperature danger, hand washing and PPE, waste and pests, and stage cleaning. The course concludes with an examination. The qualification is accredited by RSPH (Royal Society for Public Health).
